We have tried many spelling programs/tutors over the last two years without much success. Over the summer, she has been working with an Orton Gillingham Tutor, Caryn Azer, and has made great progress. She made more progress in six weeks than she did all last year. She will continue the Orton Gillingham Program 2-3 times per week during the school year.
Great communication, both with the student and parent. It has really made my daughter like math and her struggles with it easier. She is going to continue taking classes with Caryn because for the first time ever, I heard my daughter say, "I like math; it isn't so bad." WOW! Amazing.
